TAP Portugal
TAP Portugal is based in Portugal and operates flights from its main hubs located in Lisbon and Porto. Another important airport on its route network is Madeira Airport. TAP operates both domestic and international flights to various destinations in Europe, Africa and the Americas.
TAP was founded in 1945 and it started operations in 1946. The airline is a member of the Star Alliance airline alliance and the flag carrier of Portugal. TAP has its own two subsidiaries – Portugalia and PGA Express.
TAP has a a frequent flyer program for its loyal customers called TAP Victoria. Onboard refreshments and checked baggage allowance are included in the ticket price.
