WhichAirline.com is a travel search site that can help users compare their options. WhichAirline.com gives users the opportunity to find flights and other useful details for a wide number of airlines and airports all over the world. However, we only provide information – we don't book any flights and we don't accept any payments. The whole service is free of charge!
What can I find at WhichAirline.com?
WhichAirline.com is mainly focused on searching for flights. It also provides its users with updated information about airlines and airports.
How can I find a flight that I am interested in?
You can click on the blue FLIGHTS button. Alternatively, you can search for flights directly from the homepage via the red box. Simply fill in „From“ (your point of departure) and „To“ (your destination) and select the dates of each. After that, click on SEARCH. You can then see all of the airlines that are operating on the route you are interested in, the frequency of flights, and the price of airline tickets, if available. If your search did not return many results, you can modify your search to include other airports close to your point of departure.
Where can I find details for the airline I am interested in?
Click on AIRLINES and fill in airport’s name. Alternatively, you can browse airports by country. Once you have selected the airport that you are interested in, you will find: Overview, Facilities, Transportation & Parking, Airlines, Routes, Accommodation, Map, Deals, Photos and Alternative Airports.
Where can I find details for the airport I am interested in?
Click on AIRPORTS and fill in airport’s name, or browse airports by country. As soon as you select the airport you are interested in, you can find Overview, Facilities, Transportation and Parking, Airlines, Routes, Accommodation, Map, Deals, Photos and Alternative Airports.
Where do all the routes come from?
WhichAirline.com uses several sources to keep its routes up to date. We have direct connection with major airlines and import their timetables directly. Data for smaller airlines come from the Route database which is available under the Open Database License (ODbL). We also manually check and update flights to ensure that our route database is current.
How can I pay for my airline tickets?
As WhichAirline.com doesn't provide any booking services, we don't accept any payments. You can pay for your airline tickets directly with the airline. The payment conditions may differ according to the airline.
I am not able to find the price of airline tickets. What shall I do?
WhichAirline.com strives to collect as much information as possible for our users. However, some information cannot be found on our site because it is simply not available to us. If you need information that is not provided on our site, please continue directly to the airline's website, or contact our support staff at info@whichairline.com.
What if I have a problem, question or comment for the site administrators?
If you are having trouble using our site (e.g. a flight is no longer provided, the flight details don’t match, some content is incorrect, the navigation is confusing, the pages are loading slowly or you find grammar or spelling mistakes), then we want to know about it and we welcome your contribution. Is this system free of charge?
Yes. All services that can be found at WhichAirline.com are totally free of charge. Booking and payment of airline tickets is processed entirely through the airlines themselves.
I want to make a change in my booking. What shall I do?
WhichAirline.com doesn't offer booking services. Any questions concerning bookings should be sent directly to the airline's help centre (contacts can be found in the details of the selected airline).
