Brussels Airlines – hand baggage
The number of items of baggage you're permitted to carry onto a Brussels Airlines plane in economy is always 1 but the allowed weight varies. It's 6kg on short-haul routes and 12kg on flights to Tel Aviv and all long-haul destinations. As for the allowed dimensions, they're as follows: 55×40×23 cm.
Apart from it, one can carry on board such items as a laptop bag, an overcoat, reading material, a handbag, wheelchair or medical equipment.

The checked baggage allowance depends on the route and destination. The chart below shows you how much baggage is included in the ticket price on particular routes.

Thanks for reading our blog. As regards checked baggage, the general rule for flights between USA and West, East and Central Africa in economy class is: 2 items weighing up to 23 kg/each. Allowed size - 158 cm each.

Thank you for reading WhichAirline.com. What is of importance here is whether or not you travel with Brussels Airlines or on a code share flight. The way I understand the rules is that the allowance when travelling with BA is 1 piece not larger than 158 cm, maximum weight: 23 kg.
