New routes from United and Continental
New routes for 2011 have been announced by United Continental Holdings. All of the new non-stop routes are launched from the hub cities across the US. More flight options will be the key benefit, Greg Hart from United added.
New routes by Continental Airlines
These new flights will begin operation in 2011. From George Bush Intercontinental Airport and Bakersfield and Palm Springs, California to Cedar Rapids, Iowa; Grand Junction, Colorado; Hobbs, New Mexico; Montreal; and Reno, Nevada. Also from Cleveland Hopkins International (CLE) to to Cincinnati, Ohio. And finally a route from New York Newark (EWR) to Des Moines, Iowa will be added.
Additions by United Airlines
This carrier will be adding connection from Washington Dulles International (IAD) to Louisville, Kentucky; Minneapolis; Salt Lake City; Tulsa, Oklahoma and upon receiving government approval to Grand Cayman in the Cayman Islands. New connection From Denver International to Amarillo, Dallas Love Field and Lubbock, Texas is to be launched. Additional services include flights from Los Angeles to Austin, Texas and a service between San Francisco International (SFO) – Louis Armstrong New Orleans International (MSY).
